To whom it may concern:
My wife and I will return to China in the middle of July, and the
accommdation contract with my college (Hughes Hall)will not end till the
end of August. Since the college will not shorten the contract, the room
will be empty for more than a month. If any students(this dorm will only be
allowed to sub-let to students) who would like to have a room during this
period, please contact me.
Conditions: a couple room with ensuit kitchen and bathroom, 10 minutes'
walk to City Center, very close to parkside swimming pool. If you are
interested (even for single occupancy), I can let it to you for a much
cheaper price for this period from (July 19th to August 26th).
