The house is located off Cherry Hinton Rd and Queen Edith's Way (postcode
CB1 8QL), very close to Addenbrooke's hospital and train station. 15 minutes
cycling to city centre, 10-15 minutes cycling to big Sainsbury, Tesco &
ASDA. 5 minutes walk to C1, C2, C3 bus stops.
Chinese shop and takeaways nearby.
The rent is 320 pounds pcm inclusive of all bills and council tax. Deposit
300 pounds, reference required. Short stay until end of November (or a bit
longer). Currently we have 2 females and 1 male living in the house. We are
professionals working in Cambridge University and research institute. We are
