A nice double room will be available for a full time female student from
early Janurary. The house is located in south Cambridge, with 10 minutes
walking distance to big sainsburys supermarket or the Cambridge leisure
park, and 20 minutes walk to the city center. The room is fully furnished.
The house has two toilets, one bathroom, one kitchen, and a big garden. Rent
is £230 pcm including broadband internet. Gas, electricity and water bills
will be shared among occupants, which is around £30 per month. For single
occupancy and full time female student only. Long term renting is preferred.
