house, warm and well-furnitured. It locates in a very big court called
Highsett off the Hills Road, close to both the railway station and the
Parkside coach station. The Court is safe, with a pin lock on the gate;
quiet and possesses very good view. 90 pounds per week, all included. 180
pounds deposit. The landlord of the elder lady is very nice. Only for single
female.
