President Vice President in charge of Public relations Vice President in charge of logistics and administration Publicity officers (tentatively 2 vacancies) Sponsorship officer (tentatively 1 vacancy) IT officer (tentatively 1 vacancy) Logistic officers (tentatively 2 vacancies) Head of Western Instrument Department WID co-ordinator Head of Chinese Instrument Department CID co-ordinator Instrument Manager All posts except the Heads of Western and Chinese Instrument Department and the are open to all. The applicants for Head of the respective department must have a good understanding of the common instruments being used.
