Bedrooms in a house very near to Addenbrooke's Hospital to let to single
professionals. Rent includes all the bills (water, electricity, gas, 50M
wireless broadband from VirginMedia, council tax, TV licence, etc). All rooms
have double bed, wooden wardrobe, desk and chairs, etc. Two bathrooms with
shower, one separate toilet downstairs. Modern kitchen with all appliance
shared with housemates.
Please note we have a small puppy who lives in the kitchen and garden, he is
clean and cute, so we do hope the housemate is a dog-lover. Many thanks.
