You seem to be basing your knowledge of my gaming preferences largely off my comment months ago, "If you want chaos, buy Rage." Just because I don't like Rage, doesn't mean I don't like light games and some randomness. >From what I've read about it so far, Dominion sounds very promising. In the thread you mentioned, Scott Nelson says, "The card-play reminded me of Phoenicia whereas you have a small hand but the cards you buy make the power in the small hand more and more as you buy better cards." Justin Robben says, "This is really, really ridiculously good. Great, in fact. I have not been this excited about a new game, even Agricola, in a looong time." When people start mentioning Dominion in the same breath as Phoenicia and Agricola, that is reason alone to take notice.
