Well met Gabriel! We are actually already meeting twice a month - you can find the information right on the front page of our site: http://groups.google.com/group/ucboardgamers. You are always welcome to start up your own group however as we also try to post all other groups we know if in the Utah County area so that people can get together in the times that they have available.
Also on our front page is a link at the bottom "Gaming Resource Page" where we talk about the local shops and when (if) they also have gaming get togethers.
