I think splitting or meeting at another location on the same night is a good idea and worth pursuing. I might end up hanging out at DK a little bit more as I have some Monsterpocalypse arriving in the mail soon. I suggest that we split the areas based on theme: Heavy Euros at GPP, and Ameritrash games at DK! (I kid)
Thank you Ken for your kind words. I just come up with the ideas and other people do all the heavy lifting. In other news, I am working on making UVU available on Friday nights. I spoke with parking and the North lot doesn't require a permit in the evening. I manage two computer classrooms, and both should be free in the evening this summer. Each room has an open middle area with large tables and vending machines in the hallway. If there is a need and it is convenient these will be free in the summer. Right now one of the rooms is free in the evening on Friday, and the second one opens up at 8a.m. I know they'll hold about 25 people comfortably. I'm not pushing for this, but they are available as an option, probably, should the need arise. I suppose if I start a UVU gaming club that it would legitimize our use of the space somewhat. The downside is that I am going to be gone for part of the summer. There is also an honors classroom directly across the hall that will probably be free. On another note, is Android going to hit the table this Friday? Tom Vasel's review has, once again, whipped me into an irrational frenzy. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "utah county boardgamers association" group.
