Unfortunately, those two days and time are not good for me, I don't know
about Dave.

Anyway, as for Memoir 44, I think the jump from M44 to a real wargame is a
giant leap. As to a jump from Axis and Allies or Risk to real wargames.

In Memoir 44 (and A&A or Risk) there are still plastic playing pieces aka
toy factor in those games. There are still mental block (usually in the
players mind) on switching from plastic soldiers to cardboard counters, with
numbers all around each piece. It seem complicated to the general players or
it seem to them, and it is hard for them to jump...

Well, I will see what other days is good for me to do some PanzerBlitz 2,
another note, my Operation Special Edition 2 is coming soon (I play test for
MMP, thus it is a free copy), which will have some more PzB2 materials (a
campaign game and more scenarios), and we can try those as well.
