I have a copy of 2nd edition (paper map) Commands and Colors: Ancients. I've stickered it, the latest rules have been printed in color and spiral bound, and I'm including two Plano boxes for storage. The cost of shipping makes it a poor Ebay listing.
Here's the catch: it comes in a plain, white glossy box the same size as the original CC:A box. GMT had run out of boxes and sold this to the person I traded with using a generic box. So if you want to get into the game but don't care about the mounted board, MAKE ME AN OFFER. (via private email please) It really is a great game. I ended up buying the latest version because I have an interest in playing Epic, which requires two boards.
