Is this a good candidate for a 0.9.30.1 release? Is there likely to be a
0.9.30.1 release?

Also, when is 0.9.31 tentatively scheduled for? Any chance of quarterly
releases like the linux kernel and busybox (in which case the answer would be
"mid-February")?

Just wondering...
