or modify /usr/include/asm/sigcontext.h by hand, removing the offending "__user". Most of the patch you're pointing to is actually inside the kernel's headers (I still use 2.6.23). I still see this problem today mostly because I use gcc-3.4.6: what version of gcc are you using ?
