That's the plan, yes. The one thing missing for 0.9.30.2 to be tar()ed
up is adding the whole ATFILE family (as requested by gentoo). I'll get
to it ASAP.

Hold off merging it right now, as said there are a couple of minor
things that should and a very few things that have to be repaired on the
branch before it can be merged into master.
