Hello

The Blackfin toolchain to compile its uClinux-dist uses uClibc 0.9.29
from May 2007.

I was wondering...

1. Are there major reasons to upgrade to the latest uClibc?

2. If yes, can I just recompile uClibc and add the binaries to the
toolchain, or are we required to build a whole new toolchain from
scratch?

3. If building from scratch, is the source provided by the standard
uClinux/uClibc the same as the one on the Blackfin site, or does the
Blackfin team patches the uClinux/uClibc source because of hardware
differences?

Thank you.
