The website says: If you would like a copy of the source code, please contact the manufacturer Pixel Magic Systems at [email protected] and they will supply further details on how you can send US$15 (to cover delivery costs) to their PayPal account at [email protected] with your name, mailing address and phone number. Pixel Magic will send you the CD with the source code for GPL by post. I think technicly that is in compliance then.
