I wouldn't want to :)  At least not unless you can use a ROM-based image
and XIP, two things I was never able to get working right on my system
(not a 5270, though).

We had problems running even with 8MB SDRAM (~2.5MB free after boot,
using RAM-based image), but then we've also got a fairly memory-hungry
program, so YMMV.
