I am trying to hook up some code to the ISR for IRQ7, but i

What makes you think there is already an ISR for that? You'll probably
have to write your own.

Normally I'd direct you to the LDD3 book, but that's for 2.6. I'm not
sure what the 2.4 equivalent is; maybe an earlier edition of the same
book?

Yes, LDD 2nd Edition.
