Thanks for the reply.
I ma using a NuCore processor. It is for a small camera. Is has a
922t CPU core. It is very similar to the Samsung s3c2410 series SOC.
My debugger/emulator is the BDI2000. With it I can set/clear
registers for setup. I looked more into this and I think the place to
do this stuff is in the low_level_init.S but I still don't understand
how that code can run before the PLL's are even setup. I guess that
code should run off the reset settings regardless... Not sure

What board/cpu you are using? When you say you are saying "I'm using
BDI2000" what do you exactly mean - you are using it in general, or
you
can do something with this particular board?

Subject: [uClinux-dev] Newbie Register Init Question
Hi, I am trying to get a new board working with u-boot and uClinux. I
am working with a BDI2000 for debug. I can have the debugger init
registers before running code. I have a hello world and an LED
twiddle running on the board.
My Question is: If some of the registers I setup in the bdi.cfg are
for clocks and PLL's then how can I do this w/o the debugger? Once I
have a boot loader running, if the code needs the clocks setup to run
then how do I get out of this catch 22?
Thanks,
Tim R.
