I would need to see the kernel .config for a better understanding
of what is configured (so linux-2.6.x/.config).
It looks from the kernel dump that you are out of RAM.
From the boot log I can see you are only using 2MB of RAM.
That will be very tight with a 2.6 kernel and your filesystem
in RAM.
