Hi, there's really no need to post a huge sourcefile to the mailinglist. The AT91RM9200 has an MMU, uClinux is for non-mmu cpus. The functions that you mentioned are normally called from the machine-specific directories for registering of arch-specific modem control functions, and for registration of the available serial ports.
