I have successfully solved the problem by editing the file of 
linux-2.4.x/.config。Change the value of CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM_SIZE in 
linux-2.4.x/.config, then running "make xconfig" or "make menuconfig" look at 
the "kernel settings/Block devices/RAM disk support/Default RAM disk size", it 
changed to the value I set in the .config file, save the configuration and 
rebuilding the kernel. OK, success. 
The interesting lines from the boot "RAMDISK driver initialized: 16 RAM disks 
of 2048K size 1024 blocksize". :).
By the way, recommend a good place "www.ucdot.org".
