 No, I hadn't found that.  I was following a couple of FAQ's that I
found, specifically http://www.uclinux.org/ports/coldfire/notes.html. 
It seemed easy enough to just use the gdbserver included in the distro,
but that doesn't seem to work.  Tonight I hope to try the gdb in the
tools folder.  I was hoping to use a newer version, but I suppose...

Anyway, I'll post any successes/failures later...
