CONFIG_USER_RAMIMAGE_NONE

<uClinux>/user/ramimage/Makefile

CONFIG_USER_RAMIMAGE_RAMFS64
CONFIG_USER_RAMIMAGE_RAMFS128
CONFIG_USER_RAMIMAGE_RAMFS256
CONFIG_USER_RAMIMAGE_RAMFS512
CONFIG_USER_RAMIMAGE_RAMFS1024
CONFIG_USER_RAMIMAGE_RAMFS2048
CONFIG_USER_RAMIMAGE_RAMFS8192

These determine the size of the ramfs.img included in the
target /etc/ directory.
