That would be integrated in to a NAND-Flash Driver in the MTD Layer. IIRC 
there is currently no such thing available.

You have to add the support for SPI Flash in MTD and store your rootfs on it. 
Than you have to use a boot loader which can load the kernel from to 
SPI-Flash to RAM.

But you will always need some NOR Flash attached to CS0 in order to boot the 
boot loader.
