ive tweaked config/setconfig so that if
vendors/$VENDOR/$PRODUCT/config.$LINUXDIR does not exist, it will fall
back as a last resort to
$LINUXDIR/arch/$ARCH/configs/${PRODUCT}_defconfig

this allows some people (like Blackfin) to move our kernel defconfigs
out of uClinux-dist and into the kernel (since we have the luxury of
full control over both places)

this is merely a fallback, so there shouldnt be any regressions here
... note the patch changes so many lines simply because of having to
re-indent the error message
