Hi David,
the strange memory size is because the RAM memory starts at 0x02000000.
If I define the memory size correctly (2MB) in the crt0_ram.S the system
doesn't boot.
I looked at the /proc/mem_map and this is the results:

How do I enable the CONTINGUOS page allocator?
What is the patch that you say?
