Hi, I am making a network device type of driver. I made a program that open the socket for that particular port and send a packet. The first packet is ARP packet send out. The source IP address always replace 2nd byte with 0xff. The source MAC address had 2 bytes replaced with 0xff.
Does anyone have clue? Thanks!
