This is not correct.  .enterprises cannot be used to
get anything.  .enterprises is a path in the MIB tree
for placing private MIB tree branches (scomcenter in
your case).

Correct.  This is the way snmp works.

Try looking in SNMPv2-MIB.txt at sysObjectID.  I
believe this is the OID you want to use to return the
OBJECT-IDENTIFIER you desire.  I don't know how to
specify the enterprise-oid in ucd-snmp.  For net-snmp,
it can be specified as a configuration option
(--with-enterprise-oid).
