Hi, My company is developing one device which consist of LCD, SDRAM, and Flash using uClinux as the platform. The LCD, SDRAM, and Flash are sharing the same data/address bus.
Is there any utility that can be used for testing the reliability of the data/address bus from the view of SDRAM and Flash? Thanks.
