Yes - we added ncurses (and alot of other libs) to the blackfin tree.

We re-structured a few things as well - so all the libs are installed into a
staging directory - and are waiting for the restructuring to settle out & be
accepted by David/Greg before we push the extra libs upstream.

In the blackfin tree - you can do a "make libs_all" (forces all libs to be
built), and a "make libs_install" to quickly sync the staging directory with
the actual installed toolchain (assuming they have write access to the
toolchain dir) as this allows to transparently build external apps against
libraries from uClinux-dist.

Mike send an email about this, and there was some discussion in June, but it
seemed to stall unresolved.

Until this gets agreed upon, it is pretty difficult for us to send any of our
additions upstream.
