It is supported by the latest and greatest toolchains, debuggers, and kernel, 
including ethernet based kgdb patch (kernel debug with no JTAG). I am not 
sure if that is "good", but we attempt to support as much as we can.

There are many other options, as Michael D pointed out - it all depends on 
your budget, and what types of performance/on board peripheral support you
