I would like to use RTLinux-Free with ucLinux on an embedded Altera NIOS
II processor.
In order to get support for the NIOS II, I am using the 2.6.19 Linux
kernel. (ucLinux-dist-20070130).
I see on the http://www.rtlinuxfree.com site that the "Open RTLinux"
download supports kernels 2.4/2.6, but when I open the tar, I see there
are only patches for 2.4. Am I missing something that will allow me to
patch a 2.6 kernel?
Does anybody know if the free version of RTLinux really does support
kernel 2.6?
Any help or advice you could provide would be very much appreciated.
