Cherian, Generally speaking you can use the uClinux-dist for mmu-full processors as well but support for all the SH3, SH4 and SH4A processors may not be current. You may wish to contact Renesas directly for their current Linux release for the SH4A or you can ask Paul Mundt <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> for his recommendation.
