I'm trying to get Ethernet working on my Stratix II eval board which
uses the SMCS91C111 MAC/Phy device. My efforts so far have been guided
by

But the build fails with several undefined Ids in smc911x.c, for
example, IRQT_FALLING.
Has anybody else got this working, or had similar troubles?
