You will have to obtain the main 2.6.x kernel, and apply a patch from
the uclinux.org downloads. By coincidence, I just did that this morning.

Subject: [uClinux-dev] Repository for 2.6.x

I've found the CVS repositories for the uClinux 2.0.x and 2.4.x kernels,
but not for the 2.6.x - I'm hoping this means it's available somewhere
as a git repository, but that would probably be too convenient.

Does anyone know where the development repository of the 2.6.x uClinux
kernel lives, whatever format it may be in?
