Well...now I have a newbie question. Seems that I has having problems
compiling the source. I've compiled the code so many times that i didn't
even notice that the command "make" present at /uClinux-dist/ wasn't
compiling the libraries (to recompile getpwnam.c)).
I tought: "Dahhhh....you may need to clear all the configurations first."
So I cleaned the compilation ("make clean") and tried again.
But for my surprise it still didn't detected the changes in the getpwnam.c
I've even tried to make an error in the code so that, at least, i could
get some confirmation that it was been compiled...but nothing.
Ok, ok....you must me thinking: "This guy is as dumb as door." (Guess I am
:p)
But the fact is that I'm not understanding this process. Do I need to
recompile libc using another method or it should be working?
P.S.- I currently use /etc/passwd in my files so your last request will be
hard to teste. But, if this thing finally works, I'll remove it just to
test if it needs to be present in the configuration or not.
Then you can change your code.
My best regards, Jorge Lopes.
