Why do you think that such is possible ? A break on memory access to address ranges needs some hardware that monitors the bus. Do you think the USB BDM contains that hardware ? Does it connect with some 50 cables to the processor bus ?

If it has only access to the BDM interface of the CPU chip, this is not possible.
