What do you mean by install? uClinux runs fine on the MCF5282 CPU's. How much effort it is to get it running on any specific board is another question that depends on what hardware is on that board. There are a number of canned configs for the 5282 based platforms in the uClinux-dist, so it runs easily on any of those.
