Hi,
Is there some trick to getting GDB working with a 5272 Coldfire processor? I'm
using Kernel version 2.6.x.
I start the server on the target and the client on my PC. They connect, but
seem to be horribly confused.
It appears that the client never gets a true idea of where the program counter
is on the target (I've attached
the dialog at the bottom of this post). The program I'm debugging is just a
simple "hello world" - no rocket
science.
I cannot step through the code, and when I try to run the program it thinks it
is already running. What's going
on?
Output from the client:
$ m68k-uclinux-gdb hello.gdb

The program being debugged has been started already.
Start it from the beginning? (y or n)
Thanks,
Chris
