Hi, I am using Freescale M5329EVB which has a ColdFire microprocessor MCF5329 on the board. The uClinux kernel is 2.6.17-uc1.
Anybody knows how MCF5329 gets it Ethernet MAC address? The MAC address (6 bytes) is saved in NOR flash on the board. I know the NOR Flash addresses. How can I direct MCF5329 to get its MAC address from the location I specified? Which file do I need to check? Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
