Hello Ron,
We can send you 2 microchips that will plug into the 40 pin socket that will
take care of the problem. Please confirm you can switch these out, and I
will get them sent out.
Thank you,
Chris

Hello Ursula,
I believe Ron Brown from your company sent an email to our Engineering
Manager looking for some information on the parts you recently
purchased, but I think the email was lost. Would you be able to either
forward this email to Ron, or forward me his information?
The microchips that are installed on the unit you have are
interchangeable, and we can simply send you 2 new chips for the units
you have, if you are willing to change them. Please let me know if this
will help, and we can get them out to you.
Thank you,
Chris Agathos

Hi Chris,
here is my question ........
I have one of your joystick pointing devices I am working with. Its a
NEMA pannel mount type with 3 buttons up font and 1 on the joystock top.
(model number H2019-N33-P0724 serial M724805)
My question is about the serial output.
This is in the first byte format: 0 0 1 s5 s4 s3 s2 s1
A press of button 1 sets s1, A press of button 2 sets s2, A press of
button 3 sets s3,
and I am expecting the top button to be switch 4, however it also sets
s3 (same as button 3)
is this correct behaviour?
many thanks
Rob Brown
