Selecting openssl will automatically select libSSL.  Selecting openssl will 
build the openssl applications as well as libssl.  If you don't need the 
openssl applications, then only select 'Build libSSL'.

You might also check the appropriate Kconfig to see if the application you are 
building selects libSSL.  If it does, you don't need to worry about it.
