Jim, Kris,
Thanks for your inputs!

I was working on uClinux a couple of years back and now I am in different
company on different OS.
So, now I want to do hobby project and as far as I see, uClinux
distribution doesn't come with MIPS port by default. Those who did it is
not easily available or has to be searched on internet.
As a hobby project, it's good to start with unknown to learn more.
ARM is definitely something I do love, but all is ready made for ARM in
uclinux. I am in networking field and still ARM is not seen so heavily used
compare to MIPS and PPC.
After a bit of search, I also found mips.com offers some development boards
Malta but might be costly, still I mailed them asking for pricing.
Anyone using those boards?

Regards,
Anand
