I do have a newer one I have been using for a little while now. I just loaded it onto www.snapgear.org. You can get it from the load directory here: http://ftp.snapgear.org/pub/snapgear/tools/arm-linux/ It is based on gcc-4.2.4 and binutils-2.18.
