While this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING do with µClinux itself... try running "nslookup <your µClinux IP address>" from the system which is performing the scans and check the returned hostname. If it can't resolve the reverse DNS of µClinux, then it won't show up in your scan results. To fix it, add the appropriate entries to your DNS server.
