You could try the code sourcery ones, for example:

The one I usually use, at
http://ftp.snapgear.org/pub/snapgear/tools/arm-linux/arm-linux-tools-20080623.tar.gz
is not capable of generating working apps (though it will compile them
cleanly). And it is fine for compiling kernels.
