Hi Maria,
I have fixed a bug in uDig that had to do with working with EPSG:23030.
I'm not sure if this solves your problem though. I have been able to
view the HOJAS.shp using a GeoServer. I have not set up a deegree server
to test against though.
If you make your server available to me to test against, that would help.
The bug fix is on trunk and will be available in the next release.
