You probably know that JScience packages a minimalistic jsr-275.jar
which does not contain much more than the units: three packages
        javax.quantities
        javax.units
        javax.units.converters
Is the quantities part what you mean by 'measure'? Certainly this jar
doesn't have the Coordinates which could be confusing---I presume this
is what you mean by 'spatial constructs'.
