WFS times out on hasNext sometimes when it shouldn't

WFS times out on hasNext sometimes when it shouldn't. Some times if a feature
takes to long to send down the pipe (that's my currently uninformed guess) the
client times out. There should be some feedback between the parser and the
client that allows the client to know that the parser is actively working and
not blocked waiting.
